Covid-19 Infection Control Plan

SUGAR SUGAR IS COMMITTED TO YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Prior to reopening, Sugar Sugar will be thoroughly disinfecting our entire Studio and implementing new safety and sanitation standards among our staff.
  • We will be posting signage in our windows, front desk, lobby area, guest bathroom as well as our break room, reminding guests and employees about the importance of hygiene standards such as hand washing, sanitizer, wiping down all areas, covering coughs, and social distancing policies.
  • We require all guest to arrive 5 minutes before the start of their appointment. Please do not enter the studio. All Guest will be greeted at the door.
  • All New Clients will be required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out New Client Forms.
  • Upon arrival, we will provide clients and employees with a temperature reading using a temperature gun and will offer clients hand sanitizer.
  • Face masks must always be worn upon arrival and while visiting the Studio. If you arrive at the Studio without a mask, you will have the opportunity to purchase one.
  • All Sugar Sugar staff will be required to wear masks, eye protection and gloves.
  • All treatment rooms will be wiped down and disinfected between every client.
  • We will disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches hourly.
  • Cashless transactions will only be available for payments and tips via debit/credit card.
  • We will not be providing our beverage services and lobby magazines until further notice.
  • If you have a fever of 100 degrees or above, you will kindly be asked to leave the studio and re-book your appointment 2 weeks following your initial booking.
  • We will clean all retail testers regularly. Sample products will be in pump and jars with a disposable sample stick and remain clean after each use.
  • For the sake of our staff and clients’ health, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment if you have any contagious illness, such as fever, sore throat, cough, cold or flu symptoms.
  • Our cancellation policy will be waived for the next 30 days while we and our clients adjust to our new normal.
  • We will be allowing a maximum of 2 clients to occupy our common area lobby. Seating will be staggered to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet. Seating will be disinfected following every use.
