Cancellation & Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment.
- Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
These policies are upheld without exception, as each appointment time is exclusively reserved for you.
Arrival Policy
We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a modified or shortened appointment. In some cases, the service may be forfeited and charged at 100% of the scheduled service.
Minor Policy
To maintain a serene environment:
- Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in treatment rooms or left unattended in the lobby.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all services.
Refunds & Returns Service Satisfaction
If the service did not meet expectations, clients should notify staff immediately so adjustments can be made. Refunds for services rendered are subject to management review.
All product purchases are non-refundable.
Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a refined, respectful, and safe environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Sugaring Preparation Policy
For optimal results, hair must be at least ¼ inch in length (approximately three weeks of growth post-shaving).
Clients arriving with hair too short to be effectively serviced will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
If you are unsure about hair length requirements, we warmly encourage you to contact the spa in advance for guidance.
Health & Safety
Please disclose any medical conditions or skin sensitivities prior to your service. Patch testing is available upon request.
